The Summer Camp organized by the famous Indira Gandhi National Museum of Mankind, Bhopal, has been a big draw for the children in the capital city of Madhya Pradesh. The camp, which began on April 30 and culminate on May 9th this month, offers children the opportunity to do and learn making decorative and designing items from paper, flowers, cotton etc. as well as clay relief work. The Museum has invited artists from Gujarat and West Bengal to provide the learning experience to kids in the age group of 6-14 years. “The main motive of the programme is to impart training for making attractive materials with natural resources without using the brush,” Renu Murmu, an artist from West Bengal, who is training at the Camp told The Pioneer, a news daily.
